Meet Melina
After learning silversmithing around fifteen years ago, the passion for jewellery design never left me. I began to take short jewellery-making courses online and in London’s Hatton Garden and discovered lost-wax casting. The more I learned about this ancient and fascinating technique, I could see this was the ideal method to create the jewellery designs I love, inspired by nature and organic textures. Working with wax and then with the final metal form is an exciting process and the transformation from wax to metal is magical!
I believe wearing jewellery is a creative way to reflect our style and personality. For me, jewellery is a piece of wearable art for your everyday wardrobe, and to be enjoyed.
